The VE882T transmitter and VE882R receiver carry 1080p/60 HDMI over optical fibre, covering distances that copper cable cannot. Bidirectional RS-232 and IR control travel along with the picture. Fibre is immune to electromagnetic interference, which helps at large events with lots of power cabling.
