Live streaming in Full HD/4K quality

Got something you want to share with as many people as possible, right now? Go live publicly or just for a closed group. Full HD/4K quality is standard for us, and viewers can still watch on any device, whatever their connection.

What you get

  • Instant sharing

Your message reaches viewers as it happens. Nobody has to wait for a recording or travel to the venue.

  • Public and private streaming

We stream openly to YouTube and social media, or privately via an unlisted link or an access-restricted page.

  • Full HD/4K resolution

We shoot and stream in Full HD or 4K, while the platforms adapt picture quality to each viewer's connection speed.

When live streaming pays off

A live stream takes your event beyond the walls of the venue. It works well for conferences and professional meetings, internal training for branch offices, company events and award ceremonies, press conferences, lectures, or podcasts recorded in front of a camera. People can join from anywhere, and you keep a recording to use later.

What a stream involves

We take care of the entire chain, from the camera to the viewer:

  • one or more cameras with operators, depending on the size of the event and the shots you need,
  • sound from the speakers' microphones, from the venue mixer and from remote guests,
  • vision mixing with camera switching, graphics (name captions, logos, subtitles) and slide insertion,
  • streaming to YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Vimeo, a player on your own website, or into Microsoft Teams and Zoom, including several platforms at once,
  • a full-quality recording for editing later.

One camera or a full production

A smaller lecture or webinar often needs just one camera and good sound. A conference with a panel discussion, an audience and slides calls for several cameras and a vision mixer, so viewers always see what is happening. We scale the set-up to the nature of the event and your budget.

We take care of the entire chain, from the camera to the viewer.

Hybrid events

Many events bring together an audience in the room and people watching on screens. We can link the stream with a video conference, so online participants can ask questions and remote speakers can appear on the screen in the venue. Everyone sees and hears the discussion.

Connectivity and preparation

A good stream depends on a reliable internet connection. Before the event we check the venue: connection speed and stability, camera positions, power and acoustics. Where needed, we propose a backup connection. We arrive early so there is time for a full sound and picture check.

After the event

From the recording we can produce an edited version, short clips for social media or separate videos of individual talks. The stream leads straight into our post-production work.

How we work

  1. Inquiry tell us about the event, the date, the venue and where you want to stream.
  2. Proposal we suggest cameras, sound, vision mixing and platform, and send a no-obligation quote.
  3. Delivery set-up and rehearsal on site, followed by the live stream with our crew.
  4. Recording and post-production we hand over the recording, edited or split into shorter videos if you wish.

Frequently asked questions

Which platforms can you stream to?

YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Vimeo, a player on your website, as well as Microsoft Teams or Zoom. We can also stream to several platforms at the same time.

Can the stream be private?

Yes. The stream can be shared via an unlisted link, embedded on an access-restricted page or sent into a closed meeting. We choose the option based on who should be watching.

What if the venue has poor internet?

We check the connection in advance. If it is not sufficient, we suggest an alternative, such as a backup connection over mobile networks. We also always record locally on site.

How much does a live stream cost?

The price depends on the length of the event, the number of cameras, the venue and the amount of post-production. Once we receive your inquiry, we send a tailored, no-obligation quote.
