Video conferencing with global reach

The most common problem with hybrid meetings is not the software but the sound and picture in the room. Online participants cannot hear questions from the audience or see who is speaking, while people in the room struggle to understand remote guests. That is why we look after the whole room:

• microphones for speakers and the audience, with no echo or feedback,
• cameras showing the speaker, the audience and the slides,
• projection or screens on which remote participants are clearly visible,
• technical operation: admitting guests, screen sharing and questions from the chat.

We work with the tools you already use – Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet or Webex. If you do not have your own licence or need a webinar for a larger audience, we recommend a suitable option. We can also help with participant registration and sending out links, and we prepare a short guide for remote speakers on how to join and set up their camera and microphone. The video conference can also be broadcast as a live stream for a wider audience.

We set up meetings with controlled access so that only invited people can join. Before the start, we test the connection, sound and picture with every remote speaker, and we have a backup plan ready in case of an outage. The moderator can focus on the content rather than the technology.

With the organiser's consent, we can record the whole meeting and deliver it afterwards as a finished video, with editing, speaker captions and cleaned-up audio. The recording is useful for colleagues who could not attend, for your internal archive and as material for e-learning.
